After a two year hiatus, this class will be offered in Spring 2023. The lectures will be 11am to 12:20pm on Monday and Wednesday. There will be two in-class exams during the semester. There will be a final project and no final exam.

Course content is being revamped to include transformers and diffusion models. Please see the provisional syllabus for details.

Ideally, you should have already taken COS 324 or equivalent as a prerequisite. In cases when this class overlaps with COS 324, the content will be covered rather quickly.
